2D UI/UX Artist & Unity Developer

As a 2D UI/UX Artist & Developer, I was responsible for implementing and optimizing 2D graphical elements for game interfaces and menus, including icons, buttons, backgrounds, and other visual components provided by designers. I ensured these assets were adapted for various resolutions and devices, maintaining a consistent visual experience and optimal performance. In addition to asset integration, I developed animations and visual effects for interactive UI components and handled testing and debugging to ensure seamless implementation. Beyond visual design, I programmed and structured the entire UI architecture, including screens, menus, navigation flow, and their functionalities. This involved implementing systems for displaying and customizing 2D elements, such as in-game store menus, player details, and statistics. I collaborated closely with the 3D development team to integrate 2D and 3D elements within the user interface and gameplay, ensuring a cohesive experience. Additionally, I developed customizable user options, including color schemes, symbols, and visual themes such as emblems, jerseys, and backgrounds. To support the development pipeline, I provided documentation and technical guidelines for all delivered components and assisted in training team members when needed.

Successfully finished the whole game visual overhaul in cooperation with the Art and UI/UX teams. Downsized and optimized the game for a better user experience. Developed several new live ops features using Unity and MS SQL. Refactoring legacy code and improving game stability. Created a new pipeline between the development and art teams for faster and standardized asset creation and exporting. Responsible for onboarding new employees on the project. Acted as temporary development lead during the transition period between two leads.
